Orders
When you place an order, please give a correct name, phone number and full address. We confirm orders by call or WhatsApp before dispatch. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you, the details are incomplete, or an item is out of stock — you will not be charged.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all charges except delivery. Delivery is free on orders of Rs 3,000 or more; a flat Rs 200 applies below that. The final total is shown before you place your order. Prices and stock may change, but the price you ordered at will be honoured.
Payment
Orders are paid in cash to the rider on delivery. Please accept parcels you have ordered — repeatedly refusing cash on delivery parcels may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp.
Product information
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, using the details provided by the maker or supplier. Small differences in colour, packaging or design can happen between batches.
Electricity use
Wattages and "units per hour" on our site are based on the rated power of each heater. Your actual bill depends on how long you use it, the setting, the thermostat and your electricity tariff. We do not promise any particular saving.
Safe use
Read the instructions and safety notes before use. Keep heaters at least 1 metre from curtains, bedding and clothes, plug them directly into a wall socket, never cover them, and switch them off when you sleep or leave the room. Keep children and pets away from hot surfaces. Use water heating rods only in a plastic bucket, and never touch the water while a rod is plugged in.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered in working condition, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, faulty house wiring, multi-plugs or extension boards, or by not following the instructions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
